The People´s Deputies passed the resolution to adopt the Law on the State Budget of Ukraine for 2011, submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers, as a basis.
The People´s Deputies ratified the following procedure of considering the bill on the State Budget of Ukraine for 2011:
the Minister of Finance of Ukraine presents the bill in the first reading at the plenary meeting of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on 14 December 2010;
the bill, adopted as a basis, is considered by the People´s Deputies, in the committees and deputy factions; the motions to the bill are submitted to the Committee on Budget by 19 December 2010 (the motions received after 19 December 2010 shall not be considered by the Committee on Budget);
The draft is registered under Reg. No. 7000-П.
The bill on the State Budget of Ukraine for 2011 (Reg. No.7000) envisages adoption of the state budget for 2011 with the following indexes:
Revenues UAH 281,5 billion, expenditure UAH 321,9 billion, credits allocation UAH 7,5 billion, credit reimbursement UAH 9,2 billion, deficit UAH 38,8 billion.
The bill fixes the top limit of government debt on 31.12.2011 at the rate of UAH 375,6 billion; the top limit of public guarantees - UAH 15 billion.
The bill sets the social guarantees in the following rates per month:
minimum living wage: since 1 January UAH 894, since 1 April UAH 911, since 1 October UAH 934, since 1 December UAH 953.
minimum wages: since 1 January UAH 941, since 1 April UAH 960, since 1 October UAH 985, since 1 December UAH 1004.
minimum living wage for individuals who lost working capacity: since 1 January UAH 750, since 1 April UAH 764, since 1 October - UAH 784, since 1 December UAH 800.
